Tom is noted for being a sharp and detail oriented carpenter. He has an eye like no other. Over twenty years in the business, Mr. Ceci has a solid foundation as a skilled tradesman. Thirteen years ago Tom introduces his own Ceci Construction Company and has not slowed down since. Tom met his future partner, Scott Bates, in the field and made the decision to team up. Together they have become Ceci Bates Homes.

 

Mr. Bates grew up in Pottsboro, Texas and gained much of his building experience as a project manager for Lloyd Plyler Construction, Inc. Scott's years of experience building schools, retail facilities and industrial buildings has aquired him the knowledge of what it takes to go the distance in the ever changing market.

 

Mr. Hersey speaks volumes in his work. Lee's trim work is amongst the elite of high-end homes that became the signature touch of Ceci Bates. Lee is educated in the world of construction. Every aspect of building he has mastered and therefore now oversees the building sites himself.
