The steps involoved to this exciting process are in four basic steps.
You will:
1. Choose your land
2. Choose your home plan
3. Finance your project
4. Build

When choosing your land, we can build on an existing piece of property or you can build on a specific lot in one of our many growing communities. Choosing your home plan can be from any of our numerous design books, or we can draw any plan you wish to design yourself. Our president and architect can advise you on your wants and needs and help you make decisions based on his extensive history of building homes.
