- Choose or have a plan designed that will work for your family and your home site.
- Make some decisions on what you want on the interior of your home.
- Talk to our estimator and have the home bid to find out the cost.
- Agree on a price for your home and sign contracts.
- Acquire the financing if needed.
- Start building your new home!
Ceci Bates will gladly help with any of the steps. We have an Architect that can help with the design or we can help you pick out a ready made plan if you wish. We can also direct you to some great financial institutions that will help with interim and permanent financing if needed. If you have a plan and property, we would love to bid your home for you.
